The Application Process
The application process consists of several steps:
Step 1: Initial Registration
Parents are strongly encouraged to attend an open house or make an appointment to visit the school before registering their children for enrollment. During their visit, parents will tour the classrooms and school grounds and speak to The Glen’s administrator. Scheduled appointments typically last from 30 to 45 minutes.
Families interested in enrolling their child then submit a completed Registration and Admission form along with a non-refundable $50 application fee to the school. The Registration and Admission form is designed to obtain not only basic, but also more in-depth information about your child to allow us to get to know him/her more quickly.
Decisions for enrollment are based on space availability with preference being given to the entry level age groups of Infant (8 weeks to 18 months); Toddlers (18 months to 2 years 7 mos.); Primary 2 years 7 mos. to 6 years old); Elementary (6 years to 9). Parents will be contacted by the school’s office as to availability and placement.
Step 2: Enrollment Notification
Families will receive notification of enrollment from School Administrators. An enrollment packet including registration materials, placement information, and a request for a $200 deposit will be mailed. Enrollment will be guaranteed upon receipt of the non-refundable $200 deposit.
Step 3: Final Enrollment
A final enrollment packet, including tuition statement, will be mailed on July 1. The first tuition payment and all remaining paperwork are due to the school by July 15.
Transitioning between the four programs (Infant, Toddler, Primary, and Elementary) is a seamless process with guaranteed slots for children moving upward. Transitioning is accomplished when developmentally/age appropriate. All classroom placements are at the discretion of The Glen Montessori School’s administration/faculty in accordance with Montessori guidelines and best practices.

Payment and paperwork must be received by July 31 or the enrollment slot is open for other potential students and your deposit is forfeit.
